An essential tool in the development of 9/11 truth grassroots activism, discussion, debate and awareness. Updated daily with reports of new evidence, media reports and grassroots actions, this remains the most effective way to keep up to date with the latest news and developments and to promote your own ideas and actions.

The theory behind the History Commons is that the mainstream media report facts fairly accurately, but does not provide the context or join the dots and sometimes selects the facts to fit a pre-ordained story. As an example of the story coming before the facts, even before the Twin Towers has collapsed on the morning of the 9/11 attacks CNN was reporting "White House sources" as stating that the attacks were carried out by Al Qaeda. It is difficult to get ther true picture without buying every paper in every country and painstakingly collating all of the articles. Thankfully History Commons has done this for us. The History Commons contains summaries of 12,065 events, which are published on the website in the format of dynamic timelines sourced 100% to mainstream media articles. The most read of these timelines is the Complete 9/11 Timeline which has served as an invaluable resource to millions of concerned citizens world wide.

This is a successor site to the incredibly popular nineeleven.co.uk, with a listing of upcoming events and a huge archive of 9/11 related articles carried over from the old site. Like forums all over the web the old site had attracted posts from the radical right which led to dishonest attacks on 9/11 sceptics by a network of vocal mainstream journalists led by Nick Cohen (Observer, Evening Standard) and David Aaronovitch (The Times, The Guardian). These "left wing" supporters of the Iraq war used the old refuge of the intellectually bankrupt, guilt by association.

This site features a very long list of experts and public figures who have questioned the truth of the official 911 story, from French film star Marion Cotillard to the ex-head of the German intelligence services. Most of these are highly credible experts making sensible arguments, but the site has a policy of recording sceptical statements from more or less anyone with expert credentials and some 9/11 sceptics worry that some of the entries are flawed. Many 9/11 sceptics accept the outline of the official story but they are suspicious that the "intelligence failures" which, acording to the official story, allowed known terrorists  to roam freely around the US were the result of a black operation run from Washington. Others are suspicious of the inability of the Pentagon to react in a timely way to the hijackings.  Others dispute the physical side of the 9/11 story and focus their attention on the rapid and neatly symmetrical collapse of the three (sic) buildings in New York or the attack on the Pentagon which struck (by a stroke of good fortune according to the official story) a recently reinforced and still nearly empty section. A widely respected and comprehensive compilation of physical evidence against the official story of 9/11. This is an exhaustive effort from site creator Jim Hoffman and a good research tool for finding credible information. Of equal note are its companion sites 911review.com, which offers a condensed overview of the evidence for newcomers, and wtc7.net, which focuses exclusively on the case of the collapse of World Trade Centre Building 7 (sometimes known as the Salomon Brothers Building).

Founded by architect Richard Gage in 2007 with a handful of members, Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth has swelled rapidly to encompass (at the time of writing) over 450 licensed and degreed experts in building design, with a petition of thousands of supporters. Their focus is on the unprecedented collapses of the three World Trade Centre skyscrapers, which in their expert opinion could not have occurred as a result of the airplane crashes and resulting fires. This is a sentiment which has long been held by the scientists of stj911truth (see below) - but this unprecedented and fast growing coalition of experts in the specific area of building design has brought a new degree of visibility and credibility to the view, which as a result can no longer be viewed as a "conspiracy theory" but a competing hypthesis for serious scrutiny.

Essential reading, this peer-reviewed, open-access, electronic-only journal represents the finest and most thought-out arguments within the truth movement. Edited by physicist Dr Steven Jones, engineer Frank Legge and chemist Kevin Ryan, with contributions from dozens of qualified academics, scientists and engineers, the journal has provided an outlet for evidence-based research into the events of 9/11 that might not otherwise have been published, due to the resistance that many established journals and other institutions have displayed toward this topic. This is linked to the wider group Scholars for 9/11 Truth and Justice whose website stj911.com has reports of presentations to public meetings, scientific meetings and scientific journals. The group has come under a crossfire from supporters of the official story was well as radical theorists who accuse them of being government agents: this site presents their responses.
